Refund policy

 

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

  • To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or partially used herbal products.

 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@aveapothecary.ca with photos of the issue.

  • We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
