Refund policy
Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused and unopened products.

To be eligible, items must be in their original packaging, sealed, and in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on any opened or partially used herbal products.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times may vary depending on your bank).

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@aveapothecary.ca with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
