Terms of Service – AVE Apothecary

Welcome to AVE Apothecary. By accessing or using our website (www.aveapothecary.ca) and purchasing products from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Conditions

  • By using this site, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your province/state or have the consent of a parent or guardian.

  • You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time.

2. Products & Services

  • Our products include herbal teas, bath soaks, foot soaks, and related wellness items.

  • Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. While we aim for accuracy, we do not guarantee that descriptions, pricing, or availability are error-free.

  • Herbal products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

3. Orders & Payment

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • We accept payments through Shopify Payments and other approved payment methods at checkout.

  • Prices are displayed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise noted.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including those with incorrect prices or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.

  • Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of delivery (buyer pays return shipping).

  • Opened herbal products cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Exchanges for defective or damaged items are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • AVE Apothecary is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages of any kind arising from the use of our products or website.

  • All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Privacy

  • Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in Ontario courts.

9. Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to update or replace any part of these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
