Wellness Tradition:
A classic formula to strengthen energy (Qi) and support immunity and resilience.
Cooking Instructions (per pack)
1. Rinse herbs lightly.
2. Soak for 20–30 minutes.
3. Add to a soup pot with 1.5–2 L water.
4. Add ~1 kg of meat (chicken, beef, pork)
5. Vegetarian option: Add 5–6 dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in hot water for 5–10 minutes.
6. Bring to a boil, then simmer for 1.5–2 hours.
7. Add salt to taste.
8. Serve hot or warm.
Tip: Using meat with bone will give the soup a thicker, more nourishing broth. Add more meat for a richer soup, or less meat for a lighter broth. If using shiitake mushrooms, keep the soaking water and pour it into the soup for extra umami.
Ingredients: Codonopsis Root, Atractylodes, Poria, Licorice Root
